Terms of Service Agreement

1. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project start date. This deposit will be invoiced upon acceptance of this brief and agreement to proceed.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the release of final files.
All payments must be made within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Project Scope and Changes
The project scope, as outlined in this brief, will guide all deliverables and timelines.
Any requests for additional work or major revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Changes will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
3. Timeline and Approvals
Timely feedback and approvals are essential to maintaining the project timeline. MW Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s late responses.
If a delay is anticipated, please notify us as soon as possible to adjust timelines.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs and assets created by MW Designs remain the property of MW Designs until final payment is received.
Upon final payment, the client receives full usage rights for the completed designs as outlined in the project scope.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If the client cancels the project after the initial deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
If MW Designs cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full.
6. Limitation of Liability
MW Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the final designs.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this document or proceeding with the initial deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
